Survey Reporting

Once respondents have taken a survey via email link with online access or via paper, the developer may analyze the results using one of four standard reports:
- An item analysis (frequency distribution) report shows the percentage of individuals giving each response. This can be displayed either in textual or graphic format.
- A group comparison report that compares the responses of up to six groups. The user may define the groups according to selection criteria based on responses to any question(s).
- A cross-tabulation report, which compares responses to two questions selected by the user. It shows the percentage of each combination of responses as a portion of all surveys that responded to both questions.
- A correlation report, which analyzes all questions and locates all significant correlations between pairs of questions.
The developer may also enter selection criteria for each report based on responses to questions. For example, if one question asked the employee to enter his or her work shift, then the survey report user could configure the report to consider responses from only night shift employees.
