What We Do
We automate the creation of web-based instruments to measure the reaction
of students to their training, to evaluate student learning and achievement,
to determine the extent to which training affects trainee job performance
and to measure the mission-related outcomes of training success. We develop
automated tools to measure and report on employee performance, and to
survey business outcomes across geography and industries. Our consultants
are engaged in original research on the impact of training on organizational
effectiveness, including the measurement of Time-to-Competency as a proxy
for ROI in government organizations. We also conduct seminars on improvement
of corporate international business performance at all levels. Our business
partners are engaged in a variety of businesses, including the development
of automated tools to measure and compare the performance of public safety organizations at all levels of government, to assess
and predict the effectiveness of sales personnel and sales managers, to
measure and assess partner performance in law firms, and to measure and
report on industrial safety cultures.
