Sandler Sales Institute

Description
Sandler Sales Institute is the sales training company that conceptualized
and delivers the Sandler Selling System, a system that is positioned to
be 180° apart from other more traditional selling approaches used
in the selling world today.
What They Do
Where traditional salespeople try for the "Yes," Sandler trained
professionals go for the "No." Where traditional salespeople
"chase" sales, Sandler professionals "qualify" sales.
Traditional salespeople build to the close. Sandler-trained professionals
start with the close.
Their Philosophy
There are two credible approaches to sales training in the world today:
the one based on the Sandler Selling Systemand everything else.
Sandler is different. The Sandler Selling System represents a totally
new approach to client development and retentionbuilt on an altogether
different sales model.
Professionals trained in the Sandler Selling System employ an honest,
direct, business-like approach to selling that is at once comfortable,
non-manipulative and dignified. Yet it remains incredibly powerful.
Traditional selling techniques simply don't work anymore. Most sales
prospects have heard the lines and gimmicks before. That's why the prospect
can so easily control a sales calland destroy a salesperson's self-esteem
in the process.
Sandler breaks the conventional rules that make the sales process ineffective
and demeaning. We teach honest, no-nonsense sales techniques that get
results while preserving the sales professional's self-respect. Prospects
are treated as they want to be treated: as intelligent, thinking individuals;
BUT, the prospect NEVER controls anyone who masters the Sandler Selling
System.
David H. Sandler, founder of the Sandler Sales Institute, began sales
training and developing the Sandler Selling System in the late '60s and
early '70s. He created an extraordinary sales training program for small
and mid-sized companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and individual non-selling
professionals.
Sandler expanded itd marketplace impact in 1983 by franchising its proprietary
training programs as the Sandler Sales Institute. In 1995, David Sandler
died, but his legacy lives on through the entrepreneurial network of approximately
160 Sandler trainers and consultants who continue to deliver exceptional
training to the marketplace.
