Level 3 Survey

Level 3 (Training Effectiveness) Evaluation determines the extent to which the training received has transferred to the workplace. It requires surveying the trainee and manager population that has undergone training, to determine the extent that changes in behavior and job performance - competency improvements - have occurred as a result of the training. This survey is normally conducted from 3 - 6 months following completion of the training, to allow for training transference to become well established, but not so late as to allow the impact of exogenous variables.
PTG offers a complete set of online tools for developing Level 3 evaluations in a variety of stylistic formats (including Section 508-compliant frame presentation), for administering these evaluations in an online environment using email or telephonic voice-activated format, or for administering them as hard-copy instruments; and for recording the survey results anonymously. Survey administration can be serial number controlled, thus preventing multiple survey entries by an individual. A large variety of graphic and tabular report presentations are available for analysis of survey results, including Item Analysis Simple and Complex Group Comparisons, Correlation Coefficients and Cross-Tabulation of specific questions in the survey. A Themes report is also available for searching key words or phrases in the subjective comments.
